Ingredients
- 1 can pumpkin
- 3/4 c. honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd cloves
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Pastry for single crust pie
Directions
- Stir pumpkin, honey, cinnamon, salt, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. Add in Large eggs. Mix well. Stir in the milks mix. Pour into pie shell. Bake in 375 degree oven for 55-60 min.
