Ingredients
- 2 c. honey
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk or possibly 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. real butter
- Dash of salt
- 2 gal. popped popcorn
Directions
- In a large pan add in honey, cream, butter and salt. Cook on medium heat till it reaches 230 degrees. Pour over popcorn. Eat! Let it cold slightly if you want to make popcorn balls.
