- 2 c. cooked mashed yams
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 c. light cream
- 1/2 c. honey
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 beaten Large eggs
- 3/4 c. minced pecans
Directions
- Thoroughly blend all ingredients in the order given, place in buttered casserole or possibly baking dish. Bake in slow oven, 325 degrees till set, 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
