3 c. sifted flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon baking pwdr
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 large eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. honey
1 c. strong coffee
2 T oil
1/2 c. minced nuts

Directions

Sift flour with soda and baking pwdr, spices and salt. Beat large eggs and sugar well. Add in honey, coffee and oil and blend well. Add in dry ingredients and blend well.Sprinkle nuts on bottom of greased and wax papered lined 9x13 pan. Pour batter carefully over nuts and bake at 350 for 35-40 min. Let stand 5 min and turn out on rack. Cut into 24 squares.
