Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Directions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix sugar, shortening, Large eggs and honey. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake till light brown, 8 to 10 min.
