Ingredients
- 2 c. Bisquick original baking mix
- 1/3 c. Quick-cooking oats
- 1Â 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 x Egg
- 1 stk margarine or possibly butter
- 3/4 c. Honey
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
Directions
- HEAT griddle or possibly skillet; grease if necessary. Beat all ingredients except syrup with wire whisk or possibly hand beater till well blended.
- POUR batter by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto warm griddle.
- COOK till edges are dry. Turn; cook till golden. Serve with Honey-Cinnamon Syrup. About 14 pancakes.
- Honey-Cinnamon Syrup: Heat all ingredients, stirring occasionally, till warm.
