Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 T baking pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3 T vegetable oil
  • 3 c. Oat Bran cereal, any variety

Directions

  1. 1. Stir together flour, baking pwdr and salt; set aside.2. In large mixing bowl, beat together lowfat milk, honey, egg whites and oil till thoroughly mixed. Add in dry ingredients and Kellogg's Common Sense Oat Bran cereal, stirring only till combined. Portion batter evenly into 12 greased 2 1/2 inch muffin pan cups.
  2. 3. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 25 min or possibly till golden brown. Serve warm.
  3. Makes 12 muffins.
