Ingredients
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. prepared mustard
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 2 broiler-fryer chickens, cut up (approx. 3 lbs.)
Directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients, set aside. Remove skin from chicken. Dip each piece in sauce and place in large roasting pan which has been sprayed with Pam. Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
