  • 1 sht puff pastry, (8 1/2 ounces), thawed
  • 1 x Brie, (8 oz) cheese wheel
  • 2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon Honey Mustard
  • 1/3 c. Planters Sliced Almonds, toasted
  • 1 x Egg, beaten Ritz or possibly Triscuit wafers

Directions

  1. 1. Roll puff pastry to flatten on floured surface.
  2. 2. Brush top an dsides of cheese wheel with mustard; coat with almonds.
  3. Place in center of pastry. fold pastry around chees,e trimming as necessray; seal edges. Place seam-side down on greased baking sheet.
  4. Decorate with pastry trimming cut outs. Brush with beaten egg
  5. 3. Bake at 400 F for 15 - 18 min or possibly till golden. Let stand 10 min before serving. Serve with crackers.
