Ingredients
- 1 lb baby carrots trimmed, peeled
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Directions
- In a steamer set over boiling water steam the carrots, covered, for 4 to 8 min, or possibly till they are just tender.
- In a small skillet heat the butter with the honey over moderately-low heat, add in the carrots and salt and pepper to taste, and cook the carrots, tossing them, for 1 minute, or possibly till they are well-coated with the glaze.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
