Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix flour, salt, ginger and the pepper. Excess chicken skin should be trimmed off. Coat chicken pcs thoroughly with flour mix. Bake uncovered in a 13"x9" pan for 40 min. Turn chicken and bake 30 min more.
  2. Mix honey, chili sauce, soy sauce and ginger. Remove chicken and drain fat. Place chicken in a casserole dish and pour honey mix over chicken. Cover and bake 15 min, spooning honey mix onto chicken every 5 min. Serve immediately or possibly chill and serve chilled.
