Ingredients
- 2 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp. curry pwdr
- 4-6 chicken breasts
- butter
- handful of golden brown raisins
- handful of almonds
Directions
- Cook down till syrupy the: orange juice, honey, Dijon mustard, curry. Brown the chicken breasts in butter. Pour sauce over meat and simmer till done (about 45 min with bone-in, less time for boneless). Add in raisins and almonds to sauce before pouring over chicken.
- Makes 4-6 servings.
