Ingredients
- 2 c. canned hominy
- 1 c. canned mushroom soup
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Cornflakes rolled into crumbs
- 1 tbsp. butter
Directions
- Mix the hominy, mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Pour into a buttered casserole. Sprinkle with the crushed cornflakes and dot with butter. Bake at 300 degrees till brown.
