Ingredients
- 5 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 3/4 c. hot water
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. scalded lowfat milk
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in water. Sift flour and sugar; add in the rest of the ingredients. Knead, let rise for 1 hour. Knead on floured surface again and healthy pinch into rolls. Place in pan and let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees till golden. Brush tops with melted butter.
