Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

4 Large eggs 1/2 gal. lowfat milk 2 1/2 tbsp. vanilla 1 can Eagle Brand lowfat milk

2 1/2 c. sugar 3 c. whipping cream 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Beat Large eggs till light. Add in sugar gradually. Beat till thick. Add in remaining ingredients, mix well. Freeze in ice cream freezer.
