Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients
4 Large eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 env. unflavored gelatin (softened in 1/4 c. water)
1/2 pt. whipping cream
2 cans Eagle Brand condensed lowfat milk
1 1/2 quart. lowfat milk
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and put in electric freezer. Takes about 35 min to freeze.
