Ingredients

  • 6 Large eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (add in more to your liking)

Directions

  1. Separate Large eggs. Beat whites stiff and set aside. Mix yolks, sugar, vanilla and Eagle Brand lowfat milk. (Other flavorings if you don't like vanilla ice cream.) Fold whites into mix. Pour into freezer can. Hand crank or possibly run ice cream machine till frzn.
