Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. chili pwdr
- 2 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 1 teaspoon each grnd cumin, garlic pwdr, paprika, powdered oregano and sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Makes 3 Tbsp. of seasoning mix, that is equal in strength to a 1/4 oz package of commercial seasoning mix.
