Ingredients
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon burnt sugar flavoring (optional)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. dry powdered skim lowfat milk
Directions
- Pour boiling water into blender. Add in rest of ingredients and blend at medium speed till smooth, about 2-3 min. Makes 1 1/4 c. and can be used in any recipe calling for Borden's Sweetened Condensed Lowfat milk.
- If you double the recipe, you may need to refrigerateit for a short time to thicken the consistency. May be kept in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
