- Mix all dry ingredients in bowl.
- Then add in 1 egg. Stir well. Slowly add in lowfat milk to desired thickness.
- Spoon in batter till round. Cook till bubbles on top side, then turn over till slightly brown.
- Makes approximately 4 to 6 pancakes.
