Ingredients

  • 6 Large eggs, beaten
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 quarts. cream (Half and Half)
  • 2 quarts. peaches, strawberries or possibly 1 can chocolate syrup
  • Lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Beat sugar and Large eggs together. Add in vanilla and cream. Pour into ice cream freezer. Add in fruit. Add in lowfat milk to fill to line on freezer. "Freeze." Makes approximately 5 qts.
