Ingredients

5 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
3 cups nuts, coarsely chopped
(I used almonds and pecans)
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup pepitas
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon dried ground ginger
1 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce or pureed fruit (I have used half applesauce and half peach puree: extra awesome!)
1/3 cup brown rice syrup
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons canola oil or coconut oil (melted)
