Ingredients

  • 6 x Egg whites
  • 1/4 c. Instant nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd turmeric

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender or possibly food processor. Process 30 seconds. Chill up to 1 week or possibly freeze in an airtight container up to 1 month.
  2. Yield: 3/4 c.
