Homemade Chocolate Cake with Andes Mints Icing Recipe

Ingredients

  • What you'll need for the chocolate cake:
  • 2 oz. Unsweetened Chocolate
  • 1/2 stick (4 T.) Butter
  • 1 t. Vanilla
  • 1/2 t. Baking Soda
  • 1/2 t. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Milk
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. Flour (All-Purpose, Whole Wheat or combo thereof)
  • 8x8 Pan
  • What you'll need for the Andes Mint Icing:
  • Andes Mints
  • Frost away with the melted Andes Mint Icing! Then if you feel nice, you can take this first piece to your hubby. (That's what I did...)
