Ingredients
- 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 pkt yeast
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 3Â 1/4 c. hot lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. lard, melted
- 12 c. flour, (12 to 15)
Directions
- Mix and sugar, yeast and water, let rise, then add in the following: 2 Tbsp. sugar, salt, lowfat milk, lard and flour.
- Let rise, punch down and let rise again, make loaves and bake at 350 degrees.
