Directions

  1. Boil orange in water for 5 minutes to heighten the orange flavor
  2. Chop and puree the whole orange in a food processor.
  3. Add the butter, eggs, sugar and flour. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased and lined 18cm cake pan.
  5. Bake in a moderate oven for approx 50 minutes.
