- 34 ounce Cream style corn
- 1 c. Minute rice
- 1 x Egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Pour into greased 9" square baking dish. Bake at 375 F for 25 min or possibly till liquid is absorbed. Garnish as desired.
