Ingredients
- 1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/3 c. water
- 2 c. fresh cranberries
- 3/4 teaspoon salt, optional
- 6 med. yams, cooked, peeled and quartered
Directions
- Put together all ingredients except yams in a 2 qt shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 5 min. Remove from oven and add in yams, stir gently to mix well. Return to oven; bake 25 min or possibly till mix bubbles around edge. 6 servings.
