Ingredients
- 6 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 sticks melted butter
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. lukewarm lowfat milk
- 2 Packages dry yeast, dissolved in the lowfat milk
Directions
- Sift dry ingredients into large bowl. Mix remaining ingredients well and add in slowly to flour mix, while stirring. Gently press dough down and divide into 6 pcs. Roll each piece to 1/4 inch thickness. Spread with nut filling. Roll, jelly roll fashion; healthy pinch ends. Place seam side down on greased pan. Brush with beaten egg. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min or possibly until golden.
