Ingredients
- 1 pound bulk sausage, cooked & liquid removed
- 1/4 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions, with tops
- 2 med. tomatoes, minced
- 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 12 Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano salt & pepper
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease rectangular baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Layer sausage, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and cheese. Beat the remaining ingredients; pour over ingredients in baking dish. Bake till golden and set, about 30 min. Serves 12.
