Directions

  1. Pour sugar over cranberries and let stand till dissolved. Put in refrigerator to chill. Add in 3/4 c. warm water to Jello; then add in the pineapple juice. Mix well and place in refrigerator to get cool. Whip cream and add in cream cheese. Fold in 1 c. of minced pecans. Add in apple, pineapple, and 1/2 c. pecans to the cranberries. Mix well. Add in Jello and mix again. Place half of the cranberry mix in a serving bowl. Top with half of the cream cheese mix. Repeat. Place in refrigerator till serving time.
