Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 can bean dip
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1/3 c. green onions
- 1/3 can green chilies
- 1 1/2 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
Directions
- Mix first 3 ingredients with mixer. Add in next 4 ingredients and mix well. Split mix in half and spread in casserole dish, then grate 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese and 1/2 c. Jack cheese over bean mix. Then spread remaining bean mix and top with cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees till cheese is bubbly on the outer edge. Serve warm with chips or possibly crackers.
