Ingredients

1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. lowfat milk
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. diced onion

2 1/2 ounce. dry beef, snipped fine with scissors
Dash salt
1/8 c. pepper
1/2 c. lowfat sour cream

Directions

Blend all ingredients well, spoon into an 8 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. minced nuts, bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Serve cool or possibly hot with crackers.
