Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb hoki fillets
  • 16 x olives stoned, halved
  • 2 x tomatoes seeded, halved, and sliced Cheese (choose your favourite tasty cheese slices)
  • 2 x garlic cloves sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. tomato paste

Directions

  1. Cut hoki into 8 pcs about 1/2 inch deep then top each with tomato paste. Place on garlic slices, tomato slices, then cheese slices and top with halved olives.
  2. Then place all into a 450 degree oven till looking ready. (About 8 to 10 min.)
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
