Directions

  1. Cook the potatoes in salted water until tender, cut into same size small chunks, place in a bowl.
  2. Cook the bacon, remove, chop, then add scallions and saute until golden brown.
  3. Add flour to the skillet, stir, slowly add vinegar and water.
  4. Add sugar, salt, pepper, seeds to the skillet.
  5. Pour the vinegar sauce over the potatoes, toss.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

    There are so many different ways to make potato salad. I prefer mine without mayonnaise, just like this recipe.
