Ingredients
- 1 sm. onion
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 can yellow wax beans
- 1 1/2 c. sliced carrots
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon mace
Directions
- Cook finely minced onion in butter till tender. Add in 1/4 c. liquid liquid removed from beans, carrots, salt, pepper and mace. Cover and cook till carrots are almost tender. Add in liquid removed beans. Mix lightly and heat. Good with roast beef. Serves 6.
