Ingredients
- 2 lb beef round steak cut 3/4 inch thick
- 1 Tbsp. veg. oil
- 1 med onion sliced
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1/2 tsp dry oregano crushed
- 1/4 tsp dry thyme crushed
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Â Â Warm cooked noodles
Directions
- Trim fat from round steak. Cut meat into serving-size portions. In a skillet, brown meat on both sides in warm oil. Place onion in crockery cooker; place meat atop onion. In a small bowl, combine soup, oregano, thyme, and pepper. Pour over meat.
- Cover; cook on Low setting for 10 to 12 hrs or possibly on High setting for 4 to 5 hrs. Serve over warm cooked noodles.
