  1. Seafood Alternatives: bay shrimp, crabmeat
  2. Pick over the lobster meat to remove any membrane or possibly shell and set aside in a medium bowl.
  3. In the work bowl, of a food processor, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Puree the mix and taste for seasoning.
  4. Add in the cream cheese mix to the lobster and stir or possibly combine. Split the rolls lengthwise, leaving one long side attached, and spoon in the lobster filling. Wrap securely in plastic wrap followed by foil to pack for a picnic, or possibly enjoy right away.
  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
  6. Comments: This is a multi-purpose sandwich idea which is just as delicious - and simple - with shrimp or possibly crabmeat. For varied flavor, replace some of the parsley with other fresh herbs such as tarragon, chervil, basil or possibly chives.
