Ingredients

  • 1 pound frzn fish fillet, partially thawed
  • 1/3 c. minced onion
  • 1 sm. clove galric, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon tarragon, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1/4 c. cornflake crumbs

Directions

  1. Place fillets in greased baking dish. Cook onions and garlic in butter till tender. Stir in seasonings. Cook 1 minute. Spread over fish. Top with crumbs. Bake at 500 degrees for 12 min or possibly till fish flakes easily with fork. Makes 4 servings.
