Ingredients

  • 4 ears corn, unhusked
  • 1/4 c. butter, softened to room temp.
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut four large squares of foil. Peel back but don't remove the corn husks. Remove the corn silk. In a small bowl, blend together the butter, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Spread about 1 Tbsp. of herbed butter on each ear of corn, then close the husk around the corn. Wrap each ear of corn tightly in foil and bake for 30 min or possibly till tender. 4 servings.
