Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Kidney Beans
  • 1/2 Cup Corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 Medium sized onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup finely chopped raw mango
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat masala (optional)
  • Handful of finely chopped mixed herbs (your choice - mint, coriander leaves, parsley, dill)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp or more Lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
