Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 clove mashed garlic
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. Brush onto pork chops several hrs before cooking. Grill or possibly broil pork chops. Also good on lamb or possibly chicken.
