Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. Bread crumbs, seasoned dry
  • 1 tsp Oregano leaves Dash each salt/pepper Garlic pwdr, dash
  • 1 1/4 lb Chicken,breast 1" strips

Directions

  1. In small bowl combine crumbs and seasonings; dip chicken strips in water, then into crumb mix, pressing crumbs to make sure they adhere and chicken is thoroughly coated. Spray a nonstick baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray; arrange chicken on sheet and sprinkle proportionately with any remaining crumb mix.
  2. Bake @ 350 degrees till tender, about 20 min.
