Ingredients
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. onions, minced
- 1 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry basil
- 1 teaspoon dry rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 to 4 lbs. beef chuck roast
Directions
- Combine vegetable oil, vinegar, onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, basil, rosemary, pepper and salt. Place beef in baking dish. Pour marinated mix over meat, cover and chill overnight, basting occasionally to coat proportionately. Bake in oven to desired doneness.
