Ingredients
- 1 lg. round steak, cubed
- 2 tbsp. fat
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 4 c. boiling water
- 2 c. carrots, cut into circles
- 2 cans mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. water
Directions
- Brown meat; stir in onion soup mix with water. Cover and simmer 30 min. Add in carrots and mushrooms; simmer 20 min more. Thicken with water and flour mix. Cook 20 min more or possibly till meat is tender. Top with herb biscuits.
