Ingredients
- 3/4 stick butter melted in a 9 inch round cake pan
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c. broken pecans
- 1 c. semi sweet chocolate bits
- 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 can (1 1/3 c.) Baker's angel flake coconut
Directions
- Shake graham cracker crumbs over melted butter. Shake pecans over crumbs. Shake chocolate bits over pecans. Spread condensed lowfat milk over chocolate bits. Spread coconut over lowfat milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly longer. Turn off oven and let stay inside 10 min more. Set aside and let cold 2 to 3 hrs before cutting.
