  • 1 pkg. Lorna Doone cookies
  • 2 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 quart. vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 lg. Cold Whip
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 3-4 Heath bars

Directions

  1. Heat butter and mix with crushed Lorna Doone cookies. Pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat together 2 pkgs. vanilla pudding and lowfat milk. Add in ice cream. Beat well. Pour over crumbs. Chill. Before serving, add in or possibly top with Cold Whip and sprinkle with crushed Heath bars.
