Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
12 sm. Heath candy bars, crushed
1 c. nuts, minced

Directions

Mix sugar, flour, salt together. Cut in butter.r Reserve 1 c. for topping. After reserving the 1 c., add in egg. Dissolve soda in buttermilk and add in to mix. Add in vanilla. Beat well. Pour into an 8 x 12 greased pan. Top with reserved mix; then 12 small crushed Heath candy bars, plus 1 c. minced nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
