Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1/4 dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. onions, finely minced
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. macaroni, cooked
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, crushed
- 2 teaspoon parsley, minced
Directions
- Mix beef, crumbs, onion, egg and salt; shape into 16 meat balls. In skillet, brown meat balls (use shortening if necessary); pour off fat. Add in remaining ingredients except parsley. Cover and cook over low heat 20 min. Stir now and then. Stir in parsley.
