Ingredients
- 2 onions, minced
- 1 potato, peeled, cut into chunks
- 1/4 pound ham, cubed
- 4 sprigs parsley, minced
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 (16 ounce.) can corn
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Saute/fry onions in butter in large saucepan till tender. Add in potatoes, ham, corn, soup, lowfat milk, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer about 20 min. Top with minced parsley and serve. 6 to 8 servings.
